Is there any type of building security?
Yes, we do have a security patrol from 10pm to 7am, seven days a week to monitor any activity on the grounds. Resident parking is behind secure gates that can be accessed with your gate code or with your remote. The building is secured from 5pm to 8am Monday-Friday and all day on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
How does parking work?
Any resident who owns a vehicle can park in the uncovered parking at no charge. There are also covered ports for an additional $20.00 per month.
What are the requirements?
ACC Greenhaven Terrace welcomes seniors age 62 and older of all race, ethnicity, religion, gender or marital status.

What does my rental rate include?
Your rent includes water/sewage/trash and an extensive Activity Calendar. A la carte services may be added.
How are meals provided?
Currently, ACC Greenhaven Terrace does not provide cafeteria-style dining for our Independent Living residents; however, we do offer a Meal Option Program. There may be days when you choose to not cook your own meals. On these days, you may order lunch and/or dinner for a small fee. These meals are prepared, and then delivered to the Community Room. You may choose to enjoy your meals in the Community Room or take them to the privacy of your own home.
Are there washers and dryers in the homes?
The homes do not have washers and dryers inside; however, at the end of each hall there is a laundry facility. These rooms have two washers and two dryers. The machines are card-operated, which eliminates having to carry around quarters!
What types of activities are available to me?
ACC Greenhaven Terrace has an extensive activities program. Our monthly newsletter includes a calendar which shows these activities. Just to name a few, we offer Bingo two nights a week, fitness classes (i.e. Tai Chi, water aerobics, Zumba Gold), line dancing, monthly potlucks, and field trips.
May I have guests at ACC Greenhaven Terrace?
Yes! Your friends and family are always welcomed. Guests may stay up to 14 days in your apartment. If they need to stay longer than that, please contact the Community Director. We also have a Guest Suite available for $55.00 per night. Reservations must be made in advance by the resident. (Available to both friends and family of Independent Living and Assisted Living residents.)
