ACC Senior Services (ACC) is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization whose mission is to
promote the general welfare and to enhance the quality of life for our
community by identifying, developing and providing culturally sensitive
health and social services for older adults.
ACC offers various programs and services including the ACC Nursing Home, ACC Senior Services Center, ACC Rides, and Meals on Wheels (MoW) by ACC.
ACC Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
ACC Nursing Home is a skilled nursing facility that has served the long-term care needs of the community since 1987. It provides nursing care, activity programs, and dietary/rehabilitation/social services.
ACC Senior Services Programs
ACC Senior Services Center provides diverse programs for older adults and their families. Lifelong Learning & Wellness classes promote health and wellness, and offers family caregivers information and support to help with the demands of caregiving.ACC Rides is a transportation service offered to older adults. ACC also conducts assessments and referrals through Bridge to Healthy Families, a Dementia Care Network.
Meals on Wheels by ACC
Meals on Wheels by ACC provides a nutritious lunch and personal contact to homebound seniors 5 days a week to enhance the quality of life for these older adults.
